Ingredients

  • 6 oz. package red Jell-O
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can blueberries, drained

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
  2. Add 1 1/4 cups of liquid including blueberry juice.
  3. Let the mixture chill until it is partially set.
  4. Mix together the sour cream and blueberries.
  5. Add the sour cream and blueberry mixture to the chilled Jell-O.
  6. Return the mixture to the refrigerator to set completely.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream if desired.
