- To make the sauce, add the blueberries and water to a pot and cook on medium heat for about five minutes. Stir often and crush the blueberries with the back of your spoon. Remove from heat. Pass it into a bowl through a fine mesh strainer and keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- To make the drink, add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and blueberries, if desired.
