Ingredients

  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. flour (plain)
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix
  2. sugar,
  3. flour and eggs together.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Heat milk to scalding.
  6. Gradually
  7. pour egg mixture into milk and cook until it coats a spoon.
  8. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
