Boned Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
Instructions
- Sprinkle breasts with salt and pepper.
- Roll a strip of bacon around each breast.
- In bottom of pan, spread out dried beef, enough to cover the bottom.
- Place breasts on top of beef.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and carton of sour cream.
- Spoon over breasts.
- Cover tightly
- with foil.
- Bake at 325° for 2 hours.
- Remove foil and cook 30 minutes longer.
