Instructions
- Place brisket in foil.
- Put everything, except barbecue sauce, on meat.
- Wrap tightly and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Cook at 275° for 5 hours.
- Uncover and drain.
- Pour barbecue sauce over brisket, cover and cook 1 hour longer.
