Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra lean bottom round sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chives oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl mix coating all put into a ziploc bag set in a refrigerator for an hour soak your skewers in water
  2. Tread the meat onto a skewer and grill on the grill till it your doneness
