Ingredients

  • 8 chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse chicken.
  2. 2. Split wing at joint into two parts.
  3. 3. Cut off the tip.
  4. 4. Season each side with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Fry chicken in olive oil until golden brown.
  6. 6. Remove chicken wings from pan. Place on paper towel to soak up excess oil.
  7. 7. Place fried wings into barbeque sauce mixture. Mix well.
  8. 8. To serve, remove wings from mixture and place on a plate.
  9. 9. Pour BBQ sauce on top liberally.
