Ingredients

  • 1 c. All-Bran
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp. molasses

Instructions

  1. Blend well together.
  2. If desired, add 1 cup dates, raisins or nuts.
  3. Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
  4. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
