Bread And Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 6 c. bread flour
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix salt and sugar together in the warm water.
  2. Add dry yeast to the water and dissolve completely.
  3. Pour bread flour into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Slowly add the water mixture to the flour while beating on medium speed.
  5. When the dough is completely mixed, place it on a floured surface.
  6. Hand knead the dough thoroughly.
  7. Oil the mixing bowl and put the dough back in to rise.
  8. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and a towel.
