Bread Machine Bacon And Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flat beer
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons yeast
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup crumbled, cooked bacon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bread machine bowl except the bacon and yeast.
  2. Place the yeast in the yeast hopper.
  3. Add the bacon with 10 minutes remaining in the last knead cycle.
  4. Walk away!
