- Divide the risen dough, form into balls, and let it rest.
- After the dough has rested, reshape the balls again, put them on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, and use the bread-rising setting of your oven to let the dough rise again.
- Once the second rising is finished, preheat the oven.
- While waiting for the oven to heat up, push in a nut in the center of each dough, pressing down firmly until only half of the nut is sticking out.
- Push in chocolate chips or raisins to both sides.
- You could also stick nori seaweed.

- Bake the bread in the preheated oven accordingly.
- You could use a chocolate decorating pen to draw the eyes after baking the bread.
