Ingredients

  • 5 pork chops
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix
  2. eggs and milk.
  3. In another dish mix instant potato flakes,
  4. salt
  5. and
  6. pepper.
  7. Dip
  8. pork
  9. chops
  10. in egg and milk mixture, then in potato flakes.
  11. Place in baking dish and bake at 300° until brown.
