Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. veal scaloppine slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. Italian bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Clean the veal scaloppine slices and remove skins if necessary.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs and soak the veal slices in the mixture.
  3. Dredge the soaked veal in Italian bread crumbs to coat thoroughly.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet or deep fryer.
  5. Fry the coated veal slices for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with tartar sauce or ketchup.
