Ingredients

  • 6 -8 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Make the fried bread.
  2. Meanwhile, mix together eggs, ham and green onion, scramble fry until almost done.
  3. Top with cheddar cheese, and let melt.
  4. Top fried bread with eggs. Serve with fork and knife because there is no way these can be picked up to eat.
