Brisket - Baked
Ingredients
Instructions
- Place foil on bottom of large roasting pan, big enough to cover all the meat.
- Pour ingredients over meat, then wrap. Cook in oven about 3 hours at 350°.
- Cool; skim off fat.
- Slice meat and return to oven for another hour.
- Meat should be soft. More soda and ketchup can be added for last hour if desired.
