Ingredients

  • 4 lb. new red potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 envelope Zesty Italian salad dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Pour olive oil into a plastic bag.
  2. Add the potatoes to the bag and shake to coat well.
  3. Add the Zesty Italian salad dressing mix and shake until all potatoes are coated.
  4. Place the coated potatoes in a crock-pot.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
