Ingredients

  • 4 c. florets
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • dash of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put florets in steamer with 1-inch of water. Steam for 4 to 6 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake good to combine. Pour over steamed broccoli and serve immediately.
