Broccoli Rabe

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot and saute garlic for just a few minutes until tender.
- Do not allow to brown.
- Add broccoli rabe and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine with garlic.
- Add enough water to almost cover (about 3 to 4 cups).
- Bring water to a boil, cover and let steam for about 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
