Ingredients

  • 15 -20 ounces basa fillets (about 3 fillets)
  • 3 teaspoons dill (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds (to taste)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 teaspoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Brush each fillet with butter.
  2. Sprinkle each fillet with salt and pepper, dill and fennel seeds to taste.
  3. Broil for 10 minutes or until done, about 4 inches from the broiler.
