Broiled Lobster Tail

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 oz.) lobster tails
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 2 qt. water

Instructions

  1. Place lobster tails in large saucepan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to boiling point.
  4. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Remove tails from water.
  5. Split in half with sharp knife.
  6. Serve with melted butter.
