Broiled Sage Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. dried sage
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream
  • 6 skinless chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken; turn to coat with marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  4. Set oven to broil.
  5. Spray pan with nonstick spray. Place chicken on pan.
  6. Broil with tops 5 to 7 inches from heat 7 minutes.
  7. Turn and broil 7 more minutes until juices run clear.
