Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 pkg. gravy mix
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roll hamburger into meatballs.
  2. Fry until done.
  3. Heat gravy mix.
  4. Serve with rice on platter, then your meatballs and top with gravy.
