Ingredients

  • 6 cooked sweet potatoes (baked)
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper (can use garlic or onion salt)

Instructions

  1. Cut sweet potatoes into thin slices.
  2. Melt butter in medium skillet; add potatoes and brown over medium heat.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Yields 6 servings.
