Brownie'S Pie Crust

Instructions
- Mix flour and salt well, then cut in Crisco until real crumbly.
- Add water, all at once.
- Stir with a fork until just mixed (not as much as biscuit dough).
- Divide in half for a two crust pie.
- Will roll out easier if you chill the two rolls (wrapped in wax paper).
- Take out 1 roll at a time.
- Use little flour on board.
- Flour one side, then turn over before rolling. Lift rolling pin (don't roll back and forth).
- Turn crust around so you roll all edges.
- Some flours have to have more water, almost a drop at a time.
