Bruschetta(Garlic Toast)

Ingredients

  • 6 slices coarse textured bread, cut 3/8-inch (1 cm) thick
  • 3 garlic cloves, halved
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices and while still hot, rub each well with the cut side of a garlic clove.
  2. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over each slice.
  3. Add a little salt and plenty of pepper.
  4. Serve immediately.
