- Prepare and bake cake mix in 13 x 9-inch baking pan according to package directions. Cool cake. Cut out a bottle shape using a serrated knife. Place on a cake board or platter.
- Spread frosting over top and sides of cakes.
- Decorate the bottom of the bottle with combined chocolate chips for `dirt'. Using picture as a guide, decorate the cake with spearmint leaves and bug candies.
