Instructions
- Mix flour and salt together.
- Add shortening.
- Mix until like corn meal.
- Add 1/2 cup warm water.
- Mix.
- Add 1 tablespoon more at a time until it forms a ball.
- Let rest 15 minutes.
- Shape into a ball.
- Roll on a lightly floured surface until round shape forms thin.
- Fry in frypan at medium heat until lightly browned or about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
