Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. spice cake mix
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch morsels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F while mixing and cooking pudding as directed on the package.
  2. Remove pudding from heat and add the dry spice cake mix.
  3. The mixture will be very thick, but this is normal.
  4. Mix thoroughly and pour into a greased and floured pan.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and butterscotch morsels.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Let cool before serving.
