Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
  • 1 c. root beer soda
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Mix the instant butterscotch pudding with the root beer soda and water until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into Dixie cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  3. Freeze the cups until the mixture is just solid, about 2-3 hours.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each frozen cup.
  5. Return to the freezer and freeze until completely solid, about 2-3 hours more.
