C-Sharp Cheddar Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 6 Tbsp. cold butter
  • 3/4 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Spray muffin pan with Pam or similar. Put flour in bowl; cut in cold butter.
  3. Add cheese and milk.
  4. Mix into a dough.
  5. Spoon into muffin pan.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until muffins are golden brown.
