Ingredients

  • 1 c. diced, cooked beef
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 anchovies, diced
  • 1 small head lettuce

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, eggs, tomatoes and anchovies.
  2. Serve on lettuce with dressing.
  3. Serves 6.
