Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 4 tomatoes, diced ⓘ
- 1 large onion, diced ⓘ
- 1 (14 ounce) bag tortilla chips, crushed ⓘ
- 3 lbs ground beef ⓘ
- 1 cup hard-boiled egg, diced ⓘ
- 1 lb saltine crackers, crushed ⓘ
- 2 cups cooked rice ⓘ
- 4 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup ⓘ
- 1 cup diced pecans ⓘ
- 1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream ⓘ
- 1 cup chopped carrot ⓘ
- 1 cup diced green pepper ⓘ
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 (10 ounce) jar salsa ⓘ
Instructions
- brown hamburger and add onions and salsa.
- Layer everything in large pans.
