Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 (14 ounce) bag tortilla chips, crushed
  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup hard-boiled egg, diced
  • 1 lb saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup diced pecans
  • 1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup diced green pepper
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar salsa

Instructions

  1. brown hamburger and add onions and salsa.
  2. Layer everything in large pans.
