Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can French green beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms
  • 1 (small) can black olives
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Open and drain the cans of green beans, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms.
  2. Quarter the artichoke hearts.
  3. Place all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add the Italian salad dressing to the bowl.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
