Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups red beet water
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Cook beets and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Fill a jar three-quarters full with the cooked beets.
  3. Pour the vinegar, sugar, water, and salt mixture over the beets in the jar.
  4. Cold pack the jar and store.
