Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel peaches.
  2. Put peaches in quart jars.
  3. Pour hot syrup over peaches and seal.
  4. Microwave the sugar and water for 3 to 5 minutes to make syrup.
  5. Process in pressure cooker for 8 minutes at 5 pound pressure to can.
  6. Makes 1 quart at a time following this process.
