Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, ginger, mustard, and garlic in a large Ziploc bag to create the marinade.
  2. Buy a turkey breast from the butcher.
  3. Ask the butcher to cut the turkey breast in half, then cut crosswise into 1 to 1½-inch slices.
  4. Marinate the turkey slices in the Ziploc bags overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Remove the turkey slices from the marinade and grill until cooked through.
