Instructions
- In blender, mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, 4 whole eggs, 2 yolks and vanilla.
- Blend.
- Take sugar and caramelize (in mold) in oven at 350° until golden brown.
- Cover all sides of mold with sugar.
- Pour mixture into mold.
- Bake in oven at 350° in bain-marie for 1 hour until firm.
- To remove, replace bain-marie with cool water.
- Let set until warm, then flip onto dish and refrigerate.
