Ingredients

  • 1/4 C minced shallots
  • 1/4 C finely shredded carrot
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T mirin
  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 1 T soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree all of the ingredients until smooth. Salad match Tatsoi or mizuna.
