Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas (8 inch)
  • 3 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 carrots, finely shredded (about 1 cup) Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread tortillas with cream cheese spread.
  2. Top with vegetables.
  3. Roll up tortillas tightly; wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. Unwrap roll-ups; cut each into 6 pieces just before serving.
