Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, blended with 2 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Bring water and salt to a boil; add carrots; cover and cook 10 minutes until crisp tender.
  2. Stir in pineapple; cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add cornstarch. Cook and stir until thickened and clear.
