Cashew Herb Spread
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon miso ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, flakes ⓘ
- 1/4 cup parsley, stems and all ⓘ
- 1/4 cup herbs, try oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, about 3 small pieces
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, lime juice is also great ⓘ
- 1 garlic clove (optional) ⓘ
- pepper, to taste ⓘ
- water, to thin as needed ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add water if necessary to blend or to thin if desired.
