Ingredients

  • 3 doz. round butter crackers
  • 1 c. peanut butter (approximately)
  • 2 lb. white dipping chocolate

Instructions

  1. Spread the crackers liberally with the peanut butter.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Melt white dipping chocolate in a double boiler.
  4. Holding each cracker with tongs, dip into the melted chocolate.
  5. Spread wax paper under cooling rack and let the crackers dry on a rack.
  6. Store in a cool place.
  7. Makes 3 dozen.
