Instructions
- Cook broccoli 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Add 1/2 stick butter or oleo and cubed cheese.
- Stir until cheese starts to melt.
- Mix crushed crackers with 1/2 stick oleo, which has been melted.
- Butter 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Pour broccoli-cheese mixture into casserole dish.
- Top with buttered cracker mixture.
- Bake 20 minutes in 350° oven.
