Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 stick oleo or butter
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 lb. (35 crackers) Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli 5 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add 1/2 stick butter or oleo and cubed cheese.
  4. Stir until cheese starts to melt.
  5. Mix crushed crackers with 1/2 stick oleo, which has been melted.
  6. Butter 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  7. Pour broccoli-cheese mixture into casserole dish.
  8. Top with buttered cracker mixture.
  9. Bake 20 minutes in 350° oven.
