Cauliflower Bread Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 4 oz low fat grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 t onion powder
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop cauliflower into chunks. Microwave 5 minutes or until soft.
  2. Put cauliflower in food processor and blend until it is the consistency of mashed potatoes.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Spray baking sheet with oil.
  5. Spread mixture - 1/2" thick.
  6. Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
  7. Add more cheese if desired
