Cauliflower Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes, until fork-tender.
  2. Drain and place in shallow baking dish. Combine soup and milk; stir in cheese.
  3. Pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with crumbs.
  4. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with bacon.
