Caviar Mousse
Ingredients
Instructions
- Soften gelatin in cold water, then dissolve in hot water.
- Let cool.
- Add lemon juice, pepper sauce, mustard and mayonnaise to gelatin and water.
- Fold in sour cream and stir in caviar.
- Pour into 3 or 4-cup mold.
- Chill until set; unmold.
- Serve with Melba toast rounds.
- Serves 6.
