Ingredients

  • 12 stalks celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 (1/2 oz.) package fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Fill the cavity of each celery stalk with one matchstick of carrot, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper.
  2. Tie each bundle with a piece of chive.
  3. Arrange the celery bundles on a platter.
  4. Serve optionally with Dilly Dip for added flavor.
