Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • kosher salt
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1 T mayo
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t tobasco

Instructions

  1. Mash garlic and salt together; place in bowl. Add parmesan, lemon juice, mayo, anchovy paste, dijon, worc sauce, and tobasco. Stir. Whisk in oil. Season with salt and pepper. chill.
