Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • Pinch cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 Tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the seasonings and herbs and blend in a blender, or pound in a mortar. Add the lemon juice and olive oil and combine, season to taste. Use to marinate a whole fish overnight, fish fillets for a few hours or as a finishing sauce.
