Ingredients

  • 2 (1 lb.) cans Lucks pinto beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste, rinse out can
  • 1 onion
  • 2 pkg. chilli mix
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In large pot, put pintos and a little salt.
  2. In the meantime, have ground beef frying.
  3. Add tomato paste to beans, rinsing cans. Chop onion and add to bean and tomato mixture.
  4. Then add cooked and drained beef.
  5. Mix 1 pack of chilli mix at a time in about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water.
  6. Add to other ingredients.
  7. Let come to boil. Reduce temperature and simmer about 10 minutes.
  8. Keep stirring.
